SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All of our items are shipped within at least 3 business days unless stated otherwise (Preorders which are made-to-order typically takes 4-6 weeks to come from overseas). Once the order is packaged and transferred to the mailing services, you will receive an update email with tracking information. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Please provide 4 photos of the item(s) that is being returned/exchanged. Two pictures of the front, and two pictures of the back. Make sure the photos are not blurry and have good lighting. Once we receive the unworn item, you will be notified by email that your refund has been processed. Please note all refunds typically take between 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We have an alternate address that may be used in certain cases. We will provide the alternate address by email if your case calls for it.

Lost or Undelivered Items

NJacks and Company is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Unfortunately, once the package is handed off to the shipping provider, we no longer have access to the item.

In the case that your shipment is lost in transit or undelivered:

Please refer to our tracking number and contact the shipping carrier for more information and file a claim with them as it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages.
